Our classes are limited to just 8 people per session; meaning they are closer to a Personal Trainer session than a standard gym class. Instead of you just being another body in a full studio, it’s personable. You get a better experience & most importantly better results.
Our program changes for each session! Helping you to stay motivated and enabling you to advance in your training.
We currently run a Strength & Conditioning class twice a week for members & non-members. A boxing class and a bootcamp style class. Spaces are on a first come, first-served basis.
